Celebration in the Oaks is a beloved New Orleans tradition, lighting up City Park with holiday displays every year. With driving and walking tours, the event draws over 185,000 visitors and is City Park Conservancy’s biggest fundraiser, helping keep the park beautiful and thriving year-round.

The Challenge

Since 2021, WRSTBND has supported Celebration in the Oaks as it transitioned to a driving tour during the pandemic. Managing the flow of thousands of vehicles each night meant processing hundreds of cars per hour while ensuring smooth entry and exit. For a free-flowing event like this, live revenue tracking and efficient operations are critical to its success.
