The Story

The Client
Soundstorm, hosted by MDLBEAST in Riyadh, is the Middle East’s largest music festival. With global headliners and regional stars, it draws over 100,000 attendees for three days of music, production, and performance.
The Challenge
To keep pace with the festival’s rapid growth, Soundstorm needed a system to manage high-volume access across hundreds of entry points. The platform had to process millions of scans without slowing down the flow of guests across multiple zones.
The Results
WRSTBND delivered an access control solution capable of handling large crowds, supporting nine active stages and high scan throughput. Our platform enabled fast entry and reliable tracking across the site, helping Soundstorm maintain peak operations throughout the event.
