All-In Summit
Scan-to-print credentialing for a tech summit that more than doubled its crowd in three years.
The All-In Summit is a live conference put on by the four hosts of the All-In Podcast (Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David Sacks, and David Friedberg), whose long-form takes on markets, tech, and policy draw founders, investors, and policy figures to Royce Hall at UCLA in Los Angeles.
Stand up a credentialing operation from scratch for a high-profile, fast-growing audience, then scale it cleanly as headcount climbed year over year.
We built a custom scan-to-print workflow in Manifest: attendees trigger their own badge at the printer via ZC10L stations and Chromebook check-in, with wrstSCN access on NTR-6 portals and handhelds, all unified in wrstCORE.
WRSTBND grew the deployment from roughly 700 attendees in 2023 to about 1,800 in 2024, keeping pace with the summit’s growth in Los Angeles.
